REFUND POLICY – LA LUEUR PRO

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unused or unworn
  • With original tags and packaging
  • In the same condition you received it

To start a return, please email us at info@lalueurpro.co.uk. Once your return is approved, You can return the product with return confirmation & order number.

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you’d like.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take a few days to complete the refund.
